Terms & Conditions; Venture Compass Elite

Welcome to Venture Compass Elite (“Venture Compass Elite,” “VCE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, requesting travel services, submitting inquiries, or booking travel through Venture Compass Elite, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Travel Advisory Services

Venture Compass Elite acts as an independent travel advisor and booking intermediary for third-party travel suppliers including, but not limited to, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, insurance providers, and destination service companies.  We curate and arrange travel experiences on your behalf but do not own, operate, control, or manage travel suppliers.

2. Booking & Reservation Terms

Reservations are subject to:

  • Availability at the time of booking

  • Supplier rules and restrictions

  • Published fares and promotional conditions

  • Deposit and final payment requirements

  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of supplier confirmation and applicable payments.  Prices and availability may change without notice until booked.

3. Deposits & Payments

Certain itineraries require deposits at the time of booking.  Final payment deadlines vary by supplier and itinerary.  Failure to submit payment by supplier deadlines may result in:

  • Cancellation

  • Loss of reservation

  • Applicable supplier penalties

  • Accepted payment methods may vary depending on supplier requirements.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms are determined by the individual supplier.

Refunds:

  • Are subject to supplier approval

  • May be reduced by penalties or non-refundable deposits

  • May take several weeks to process

  • Venture Compass Elite service fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.  Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Travel Insurance Recommendation

Venture Compass Elite strongly encourages travelers to purchase comprehensive travel protection including:

  • Trip cancellation

  • Trip interruption

  • Medical coverage

  • Emergency evacuation

  • Lost baggage protection

  • Travel insurance decisions remain the responsibility of the traveler.

6. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

Travelers are responsible for:

  • Valid passports

  • Visas

  • Vaccination requirements

  • Government entry requirements

  • Customs declarations

  • Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in denied boarding or denied entry without refund.

7. Supplier Responsibility Disclaimer

Venture Compass Elite is not responsible for:

  • Schedule changes

  • Supplier cancellations

  • Mechanical issues

  • Weather disruptions

  • Labor disputes

  • Lost baggage

  • Injury, illness, delay, or inconvenience caused by suppliers

  • Supplier policies govern transportation and accommodations.

8. Health & Accessibility

Travelers are responsible for:

  • Evaluating fitness to travel

  • Informing suppliers of accessibility needs

  • Obtaining required medical clearances

  • Accessibility accommodations are subject to supplier availability.

9. Luxury Experience Expectations

Venture Compass Elite specializes in elevated and personalized travel experiences; however:

  • Experiences may vary by destination and supplier

  • Images and marketing materials are representative

  • Amenities are subject to change
     

10. Pricing Accuracy

While we strive for pricing accuracy:

  • Errors may occur

  • Supplier corrections may apply

  • Quotes are not guaranteed until confirmed

  • Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before final booking.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and marketing materials associated with Venture Compass Elite remain the property of Venture Compass Elite unless otherwise noted.  Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Privacy

Information submitted through forms, consultations, or bookings is used solely to facilitate travel planning and customer service.  Personal information may be shared only with necessary travel suppliers and service providers.  Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional details.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venture Compass Elite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from travel arrangements or supplier performance.

​

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky without regard to conflict of law principles.
